Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to contribute to the planning, design, and development of architectural projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural concepts, developing design solutions, reviewing building requirements, and ensuring that proposed designs balance functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and safety. Responsibilities include producing architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation. The role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project requirements, evaluate design proposals, and resolve technical challenges. Additional duties include reviewing building codes and relevant regulations, selecting suitable materials, assessing space utilization, and incorporating environmental considerations into design decisions. The Architect will also assist with project presentations, design revisions, technical documentation, and the coordination of architectural information throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient project delivery by maintaining design accuracy, monitoring project requirements, and ensuring consistency between conceptual designs and technical specifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and building construction.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar applications.
Ability to prepare and interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and construction details.
Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, accessibility requirements, and safety regulations.
Understanding of sustainable design principles, material selection, and energy-efficient building solutions.
Strong visual communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to design quality and professional standards.
