Job Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Communications Associate to manage content creation, social media, branding, digital communications, and event communication initiatives. The role will focus on developing engaging content, maintaining consistent brand communication, managing digital platforms, and supporting impactful communication campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, proofread, and manage high-quality content for digital and offline communication.
Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
Plan and execute social media communication and campaigns in line with brand objectives.
Design creative communication materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
Support basic video editing and development of multimedia content.
Manage website content through CMS platforms and ensure content is updated regularly.
Implement basic SEO practices to improve website visibility and digital reach.
Support event communication, branding, promotional materials, and on-ground communication activities.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, visuals, and communication across platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand communication requirements and deliver content within timelines.
Monitor digital communication trends and suggest new ideas to improve audience engagement.
Support overall branding and corporate communication initiatives.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in communications, content creation, digital marketing, branding, social media, or a related field.
Strong content writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with social media management and digital communications.
Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
Basic knowledge of video editing and multimedia content creation.
Experience working with website CMS platforms and basic SEO practices.
Experience in event communication, branding, and promotional activities.
Excellent proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong creative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple communication projects and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of branding, digital content, social media trends, and audience engagement.
