Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Superintendent to manage the technical operations of container vessels. The ideal candidate should have sailed as a Chief Engineer and be looking to transition from sea to shore. Candidates with 1–2 years of shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent are preferred. Experience with dual-fuel vessels will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee technical operations, maintenance, and repairs of container vessels.
Monitor vessel performance and ensure machinery reliability.
Coordinate dry-docking, repairs, and technical procurement.
Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards.
Manage technical budgets and control operational costs.
Provide technical support to onboard engineering teams.
Key Requirements
Sailing experience as a Chief Engineer on container vessels.
Freshers transitioning from sea to shore are welcome.
1–2 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent preferred.
Strong knowledge of marine engineering, maintenance, and vessel operations.
Dual-fuel vessel experience preferred.
Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
