Join Heidelberg Materials and help ensure quality excellence across our European supplier base. In this role, you will be responsible for supplier qualification, audits, inspections, manufacturing assessments and supplier development activities, supporting reliable and sustainable supplier performance across our global operations.
As part of Heidelberg Materials' Global Supplier Quality Management Network, you will work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Operations and suppliers to safeguard quality, mitigate supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing and delivery process.
The position reports to the Global Team Lead Supplier Quality Management and is based in Varna, Bulgaria.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Lead supplier qualification, supplier audits, manufacturing assessments, inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) across Europe.
Support the development of a reliable, competitive and sustainable supplier base for Heidelberg Materials.
Monitor supplier quality and manufacturing performance, identifying risks and driving corrective actions where required.
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering and Operations to ensure compliance with technical, quality and delivery requirements.
Drive supplier development initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance supplier performance.
Act as Heidelberg Materials' representative during supplier audits, inspections and manufacturing assessments.

YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Several years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Assurance or Inspection.
Proven experience conducting supplier audits, manufacturing assessments, FATs and equipment inspections.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, welding, machining and assembly.
Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection practices and supplier quality tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English and willingness to travel extensively within Europe and occasionally internationally.
