Tesor Designs is a premium interior design and execution company based in Bengaluru, specialising in bespoke residential and commercial interiors. From concept development and design to modular interiors, custom elements, furnishings, and final execution, Tesor offers an end-to-end interior experience under one roof.
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Lead located in Bangalore. Design Lead will be responsible for leading a team of designers and engaging with high-value design projects, developing concepts and design solutions, managing project timelines & team productivity, quality control & process adherence, and handling client concerns.
Qualifications :
Passionate About Design & Details
Minimum 3 years of experience in turnkey interior & luxury interior design
Able to handle a team is a bonus
Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design
Experience in preparing & reviewing construction drawings
Familiar with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
Creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of interior standards & guidelines
Experience in luxury residential design is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Location - HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar
