Unicommerce Operation Executive (upto 25k)

About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling e-commerce enablement firm empowering brands to streamline omni-channel operations across marketplaces, D2C sites, and logistics networks. We specialize in end-to-end order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, and returns automation—helping clients scale without operational friction.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage daily order processing, dispatch scheduling, and shipment tracking via Unicommerce dashboard.
Resolve seller & buyer queries related to order status, cancellations, and shipping delays within SLA.
Reconcile inventory across multiple warehouses and marketplaces to prevent stockouts or overselling.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickup, labeling, and manifest generation.
Generate daily performance reports (fulfillment rate, TAT, return reason codes) for ops leads.
Flag process bottlenecks or system issues to tech and product teams for resolution.
