About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication and organizational skills.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
✅Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
✅Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
✅Maintain and update employee databases and HR documentation.
✅Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
✅Assist in implementing and communicating company HR policies.
✅Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, and other employee-related information.
✅Conduct regular employee follow-ups and help ensure a positive work environment.
✅Manage exit formalities and employee documentation.
✅Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment updates for management.

✅Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes.
✅Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities independently.
✅Good organizational and follow-up skills.
✅Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools.
