Would you like to work for a company that offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commission with no claw backs?
We're looking for motivated, resilient and ambitious people to join our New Business Energy Sales Team. As a B2B Sales Agent, you'll work with hot leads that have already been fully qualified, using a consultative approach to understand each customer's energy needs, recommend the right solution for their business and close the sale.
Our basic salary is £27,500, but our OTE is £55k, and our top earners £96K! No catches - just realistic targets, designed to be achieved.
A Bit About the Role
You’ll work through your pipeline of hot leads to understand the energy requirements of the customer, overcome objections they may have and sell an energy product - all whilst delivering a brilliant customer service.
Over 90% of leads are “homegrown” so direct through Love Business websites or our lead generation team. All leads are “pre-screened” before reaching you; so, you’ll only ever talk to a customer who is a HOT sales opportunity!
A Bit About You
Working in a fast-paced, sales role is nothing new for you; so previous experience, backed with confidence in your own ability is a must. You’ll also need to be motivated to smash targets consistently and thrive working under pressure.
