Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BackEnd Developer role based in Noida. The BackEnd Developer will design, implement, and maintain server-side applications and APIs that support internal systems and client-facing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, integrating databases, optimizing performance, and ensuring security and reliability of backend services. The role involves collaborating with front-end developers, product teams, and engineering colleagues to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver robust software features. The BackEnd Developer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.
Qualifications
Strong Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining server-side applications and APIs.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Basic understanding of Front-End Development to effectively collaborate on integration, API design, and end-to-end solutions.
Experience with at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Node.js), and relational or NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git), testing methodologies, and secure coding practices.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in industrial, engineering, or environmental technology domains is an advantage.
