Skills and Competencies
2-4 years of experience in fulfillment operations, technical support, data operations, customer support, or similar analytical and problem-solving roles
Working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and experience navigating entitlement, provisioning, or internal operational systems
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data relationships, troubleshoot access issues, and identify root causes across multiple platforms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and management of structured templates
Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and resolve complex issues independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and accountability
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field
Relevant Salesforce, CRM, data management, or process improvement certifications are advantageous but not required
Responsibilities
Independently manage user access and entitlement requests across Salesforce and internal fulfillment platforms, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure provisioning
Configure trial and production access by interpreting contract terms, entitlement rules, and internal policies while applying sound judgment in non-standard scenarios
Serve as a key point of contact for access-related inquiries, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Client Services, and other stakeholders to drive effective resolutions
Investigate and troubleshoot access, entitlement, and provisioning issues by analyzing system logs, validating data flows, identifying root causes, and coordinating escalations when necessary
Execute data quality, reconciliation, and audit-readiness activities to maintain accurate records and ensure reliable downstream fulfillment processes
Create, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation, operational guidelines, and training resources to enhance efficiency and consistency
Identify workflow inefficiencies, process gaps, and control risks, partnering with business and technology teams to implement scalable improvements, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate
Apply a risk-based approach to access management, ensuring provisioning decisions align with contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and audit standards
Support system enhancements and releases by performing testing, validating entitlement logic, documenting defects, and contributing to successful production deploymentsContribute to a culture of operational excellence by recommending improvements that enhance client experience, data integrity, and fulfillment effectiveness
About the Team
The Fulfillment team plays a critical role in delivering a seamless client experience by ensuring accurate, secure, and consistent access to Moody's products and platforms. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Client Services, and Technology teams, the group manages user entitlements, resolves access-related issues, maintains data integrity, and supports both trial and production requests.
Team members leverage Salesforce and proprietary fulfillment platforms to deliver high-quality service while ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and operational consistency. The team is committed to continuous improvement and actively explores innovative technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance workflows, strengthen controls, and improve the overall client experience.
