We are looking for a motivated Trainee Engineer to join our ERP Dev & Support team. The candidate will work with experienced team members to provide application support, troubleshoot issues, handle user tickets, and assist with ERP enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Provide L1/L2 application support for ERP systems.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor and respond to user support tickets within defined timelines.
•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot application and database-related issues.
•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis.
•⁠ ⁠Assist in testing bug fixes, enhancements, and new features.
•⁠ ⁠Support application deployments and production activities.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain support documentation, issue logs, and knowledge articles.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams for issue resolution.
•⁠ ⁠Learn ERP modules, business processes, and support procedures.
Required Skills
•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of software development/application support concepts.
•⁠ ⁠Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of .NET/Java or any programming language is an advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Good communication and documentation skills.
•⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn ERP applications and business processes.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a team and handle support activities responsibly.
Basic knowledge of SDLC, incident management, and ticketing tools such as Jira/ServiceNow is an advantage.
