Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in .NET application development and SQL Server database programming. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in writing complex SQL queries, developing and optimizing stored procedures, debugging application issues, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Experience working with ERP applications, business workflows, application support, or enterprise software systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications with strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework and/or modern .NET..
ASP.NET: Working experience in ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, or ASP.NET Core.
Develop complex SQL queries, joins, views, functions, and stored procedures.
Demonstrate strong expertise in stored procedure development, debugging, and optimization.
SQL Server: Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts.
SQL Programming: Expert-level practical skills in complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, and aggregations.
Knowledge of IIS server, application configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Git, Jira or equivalent tools.
Understand ERP modules, business processes, workflows, and data dependencies.
Develop enhancements and resolve defects in existing ERP applications.
Analyze customer-reported issues and identify root causes.
Work with support, QA, and business teams to validate fixes and enhancements.
Support application releases, deployments, and post-deployment verification.
Analyze requirements and implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and production incidents.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
Good-to-Have Technical Skills
Experience working on ERP systems or enterprise business applications.
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic frontend development.
Familiarity with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Postman.
Understanding of database transactions, locking, blocking, and deadlocks.
Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
Experience with production support, root cause analysis, and incident management.
Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure database access.
