Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Trainee to generate qualified student leads through organic channels and help increase enquiries and admissions for our diploma program. This role goes beyond content posting. You will actively identify, engage, and convert genuine prospective students.
Key Responsibilities :
• Generate qualified leads organically for the diploma program.
• Identify and engage prospective students on Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp communities, and other relevant platforms.
• Use Apollo and similar research tools to identify target audiences and potential leads.
• Participate in relevant online communities and discussions to build awareness of the program.
• Develop creative, organic strategies to drive enquiries with minimal reliance on paid advertising.
• Communicate with prospective students to understand their needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate lead records and share them with the admissions team.
• Track the volume and quality of leads generated.
• Test new platforms, communities, outreach methods, and content approaches to improve results.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to assess lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements :
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good understanding of social media and online communities
• Ability to identify and connect with the right target audience
• Creative approach to organic lead generation
• Comfort using Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and similar platforms
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Familiarity with Apollo or similar prospecting tools (an advantage)
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in marketing are welcome to apply.
Training: Basic training will be provided.
