Shift Timings - 12pm-9pm

Key Requirements
Experience in HR MIS, Workforce Management, Reporting, or HR Analytics
Advanced Excel skills (Mandatory)
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Index-Match
Dashboards
Data Validation
Power Query (preferred)
Experience with MIS reporting and data management
Exposure to HR metrics and reporting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
