We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and client-focused Senior Consultant to provide high-quality advisory services, lead complex consulting engagements, and deliver practical solutions to challenging business and organizational issues.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to understand business challenges, develop strategic recommendations, lead project delivery, and support the implementation of solutions that create measurable and sustainable value.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent client management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Lead consulting engagements from initial problem definition and analysis through recommendation development and implementation support.
• Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand strategic, operational, financial, organizational, and commercial challenges.
• Develop structured approaches, hypotheses, methodologies, and workplans for complex consulting assignments.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitive intelligence, financial analysis, operational assessments, and organizational reviews.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, root causes, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
• Lead client workshops, interviews, stakeholder meetings, presentations, and executive discussions.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, dashboards, analytical models, and executive-level deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, risks, and client expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure consistent quality across workstreams.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and practical advice based on industry knowledge and analytical findings.
• Support clients in strategy development, business transformation, organizational improvement, cost optimization, growth initiatives, or other strategic priorities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, revenue growth, cost reduction, and value creation.
• Conduct benchmarking and best-practice research to identify opportunities for clients to improve performance.
• Support implementation planning and track progress against agreed objectives, milestones, and KPIs.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential barriers and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives, management teams, and key stakeholders.
• Support business development activities including proposals, tenders, pitches, account planning, and client presentations.
• Contribute to the development of new consulting offerings, methodologies, frameworks, tools, and intellectual capital.
• Identify potential follow-on opportunities and contribute to account growth and client relationship development.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Consultants, Analysts, Associates, and junior team members.
• Review team deliverables and provide constructive feedback to maintain high consulting standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and management practices relevant to client needs.
• Support senior leadership with strategic research, thought leadership, and special consulting initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and client service throughout all engagements.
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Consultant, Management Consultant, Strategy Consultant, Business Consultant, Advisory Consultant, or in a comparable consulting role.
• Significant experience delivering consulting, advisory, strategy, transformation, or business improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, organizational performance, market dynamics, and commercial decision-making.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and priorities.
• Strong financial, quantitative, and data-analysis capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities and value-creation opportunities.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior consultants or project team members.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure, and fast-changing environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements where required.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, adaptability, and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• MBA, master’s degree, or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
• Experience with leading consulting firms, professional services organizations, financial institutions, technology companies, or multinational organizations is highly desirable.
