About the role -
We are looking for a full stack developer to build and improve Beyoung's customer facing website and internal tools. You will work across the frontend and backend, ship practical changes, and help keep the product reliable as it grows.
What you will do -
• Build and maintain web features across the frontend, APIs, and databases.
• Turn product and design requirements into clear, working interfaces.
• Write readable code that is straightforward to maintain and debug.
• Work with product, design, QA, and other engineers to deliver changes end to end.
• Investigate bugs, find their cause, and fix them with care.
• Review code and share useful feedback with the team.
• Consider performance, accessibility, security, and mobile experience in your work.
• Use AI coding tools where they help you work faster, while checking the code they produce.
What we are looking for -
• Experience building and shipping web applications across frontend and backend.
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with APIs, SQL databases, and Git.
• A clear understanding of how browser interfaces connect to server-side systems.
• Ability to break work into small steps, communicate progress, and ask for context when needed.
• Care for code quality and a willingness to learn from feedback.
Good to have -
• Experience with Next.js, Express, MySQL, or e-commerce products.
• Experience with cloud services, caching, queues, or production monitoring.
• Familiarity with automated tests and CI/CD.
