About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and improve Beyoung’s customer-facing website and internal tools. You will work across the frontend and backend, ship practical changes, and help keep our products reliable as they grow.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain web features across the frontend, APIs, and databases.
- Turn product and design requirements into clear, functional interfaces.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features end to end.
- Investigate bugs, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes.
- Review code and share constructive feedback with the team.
- Consider performance, accessibility, security, and mobile experience.
- Use AI coding tools to improve productivity while reviewing and validating generated code.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
- Good working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with APIs, SQL databases, and Git.
- Understanding of how frontend interfaces communicate with backend systems.
- Ability to break tasks into smaller steps, communicate progress, and ask questions when needed.
- Strong focus on code quality, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js, Express.js, MySQL, or e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud services, caching, queues, and production monitoring.
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
