About The Role
Mercor is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineer to join their research team on a part-time basis for a unique project involving training AI models. The primary responsibility will involve designing questions related to your area of expertise to facilitate AI training processes. The position requires a commitment of at least 15 hours per week over an estimated period of six months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. This role is ideal for professionals looking to contribute to innovative AI research while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. Candidates must have access to a desktop or laptop computer, as Chromebooks are not supported for this project.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least four years of full-time professional experience in frontend development or a related field. Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of user interface design principles and experience working on research or experimental projects is preferred.
