A taste of what you’ll do
The role will work on Immense’s Finnish go-to-market plan and subsequent growth in the Finnish market. The Finland Marketing Manager is the group's internal lead for Finland. The role requires local player insight, knowledge of regulatory requirements and channel know-how into compliant campaigns that acquire and keep players and help the business grow.
Market strategy & launch:
Build the Finland marketing strategy, from the pre-launch phase through the 1 July 2027 market opening and into steady-state growth.
Research the Finnish market, the competitors and what players prefer, and use it to shape positioning, product localisation and brand messaging.
Set acquisition KPIs and a budget plan with the CMO.
Acquisition & performance
Plan and optimise paid media, partnership activity for Finland, working with the media, design, and CRM teams.
Find, negotiate with and manage local media, partners and agencies.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-led recommendations to improve spend efficiency.
CRM & retention
Support the Finnish CRM strategy with the CRM team: lifecycle journeys, promotions and bonus mechanics, all within local rules.
Localise email and on-site communications so they read naturally to Finnish players.
Brand, content & localisation
Make sure all Finnish-facing content is accurate, suits the culture and matches the brand, including the website, landing pages, promotions, T&Cs and social media.
Review and QA Finnish translations and brief the creative teams.
Compliance & responsible gambling
Be updated on Finnish regulatory requirements, working with Legal and Compliance to keep every activity inside the new Gambling Act's marketing rules and licence conditions.
Build responsible-gambling messaging into campaigns and the player journey.
Stakeholder management & reporting
Produce regular market performance reports and present insights and recommendations.
Who and what we are after?
Native or fluent Finnish and fluent English. Swedish is a plus
3+ years in marketing in iGaming.
Knowledge of the Finnish consumer market and media landscape.
Analytical and comfortable with data. Familiarity with BI tools.
