We Are Hiring – IT Development Manager
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving internal IT systems, business applications, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal business applications and software solutions.
Automate business processes using Excel, VBA, Python, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
Develop and maintain inventory, sales, purchase, reporting, and other business management systems.
Work with databases and develop data-driven applications and reports.
Integrate different software and business systems to improve operational efficiency.
Understand business requirements and convert them into practical technology solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system-related issues.
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and other cloud-based systems.
Maintain proper documentation, data backups, and system security.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA.
Knowledge of Python.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and databases.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Basic understanding of APIs and software integration.
Good knowledge of Windows systems and basic networking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand business processes and develop suitable technology solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Tally or Tally integration.
Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
Experience in developing inventory, ERP, or business management systems.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and willing to take ownership of projects. The candidate should be able to work closely with business users, understand their requirements, and independently develop practical IT solutions.
