Your Responsibilities
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktions-Teams der FBA 8 zur Steigerung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Prozessstabilität und Produktqualität
Aktive Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Produktion
Mitwirkung bei der Analyse von Produktions- und Instandhaltungsdaten (z. B. Störgründe, Anlagenzustände, Prozessparameter) und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Verantwortungsvolle Mitarbeit in Verbesserungsprojekten
Einblicke in alle Hauptbereiche der Feuerbeschichtung:
Schmelztauchprozess (Zink/Zinklegierungen)
Glühstrecke / Wärmebehandlung
Oberflächenprüfung & Qualitätsprozesse
Produktionslogistik (Coils, Handling, Transport, Planung)

Your Profile
Du studierst erfolgreich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Produktionsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare technische Fachrichtung
Sehr hohes Interesse an produktionsnahen Tätigkeiten, technischen Prozessen und dem Anlagenbetrieb
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, technische sowie wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge zu verbinden
Du trittst sicher auf, kannst dich durchsetzen und kommunizierst klar – sowohl mit Ingenieur:innen als auch mit Mitarbeitenden im Schichtbetrieb
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit – besonders in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
Begeisterung für unsere Prozesse
