ESHITA KANGRESAR - CONSULTANT - TAXATION
(I) TDS Profile Including The Following
Profile requires guiding and advising new employee Renuka Sawal with her profile that was handled earlier by Eshita Kangresar as TCL employee, including :
Ensuring TDS payment is done every month on or before due date
Review TDS payment, TDS reversal entries
Generation of TDS certificates and ensure filing of TDS returns
Resolve TDS related vendor/Business users queries for Recovery of TDS on provisions, Issuance of certificates, reconciliations
Resolve TDS related queries of Statutory auditors, internal auditors, AP Team for TDS applicability
Prepare submissions for TDS related Notices from TDS department, CIT(A)
Liase with internal SAP team for SAP related issues and changes if any required for amendments wrt TDS
TDS on Year end activities which includes keeping control of entrie activity for all Cos , verification of TDS mapping for each type of provisions, reconciliation and accounting of TDS liability entries for Year-end provisions
Upload of WHT certificates on Tata Sons portal
DOT data preparation for FRC
(II) Direct Tax Compliances Including
Working for Income Tax Return and Filing of the same before due date - TCCSPL
End to end working for Tax Audit related activities and ensure compliance is done before time - TCCSPL
Advance Tax working and payment on or before due date – TCCSPL
Contingent Liability of TCCSPL
Handling audit queries of statutory and Internal auditors for Direct tax compliance -TCCSPL
