Identify, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and retain MSL talent, fostering a diverse, inclusive, performance-oriented team culture.
Promote MSL excellence in scientific exchange, actionable insight documentation, KOL and institution engagement planning, congress participation, and support of evidence-generation priorities.
Cultivate strong internal relationships and reinforce Sobi's values of Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership, and Partnership.
