Tagging Logic: Define where to tag items (source vs. store) to maximize read accuracy while minimizing labor friction.
Operations & Training: Develop labor optimization models and lead store operations training to ensure floor staff can use RFID tools seamlessly.
Deployment Strategy: Create the "Playbook" for transitioning from Proof of Concept (POC) to full-scale enterprise rollout.
Performance Analytics & KPI Support
You will assist in demonstrating the program's value by tracking and organizing key project data.
Data Baselines: Help collect and document baseline data points prior to deployment to assist in measuring incremental growth.
Growth Metrics: Understand and support reports on Sales Lift and Margin Lift related to RFID inventory accuracy.
Operational Health: Monitor Out-of-Stock (OOS) rates and inventory distortion to help inform supply chain replenishment cycles.
