Role Description The Chief Manager – Partner Office Program will oversee end-to-end management of partner offices, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to company standards, and a consistent customer experience. In this full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, the position involves coordinating office administration activities, managing administrative support, and optimizing the use of office equipment and resources. The role includes collaborating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality. The Chief Manager will also provide guidance to partner office staff, resolve escalated customer service issues, and support compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Regular reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication are core aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, partner office teams, and customers.
Proficiency in office administration and administrative assistance, with experience in managing day-to-day operations and documentation.
Working knowledge of office equipment and tools, and the ability to ensure their efficient usage and maintenance.
Demonstrated customer service skills, with experience in handling escalations and maintaining high service standards.
Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar regulated industry, preferably in a managerial or coordination role.
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional certification in management or operations is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple partner offices.
Comfort with data analysis and reporting, using standard office software and management tools.
