Position Overview
NICE Actimize is seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product strategy, innovation, and development. This executive will oversee the product portfolio, drive market expansion, and ensure product initiatives align with the company's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's overall product strategy and roadmap.
Lead product management, development, and innovation initiatives.
Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and executive leadership teams.
Drive innovation in financial technology, AI, digital financial services, and risk management solutions.
Establish product performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Build and lead high-performing product management teams.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in product management, technology, or related leadership roles.
Significant executive leadership experience, preferably at VP, SVP, or CPO level.
Proven success developing and scaling enterprise technology products.
Experience in FinTech, financial services, SaaS, AI, or digital financial platforms preferred.
Strong strategic planning, leadership, and cross-functional management skills.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
