Job Description
NICE Actimize is seeking an experienced Vice President of Projects to lead strategic initiatives, oversee complex project portfolios, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in project management, financial technology, or financial services, with a strong ability to deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee large-scale projects from strategic planning through successful execution.
Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines, and performance objectives.
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure projects align with business goals.
Oversee project risks, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and innovation.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.
Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, operations, or related leadership roles.
Proven experience as a Vice President, Project Director, or senior executive.
Strong knowledge of project portfolio management, budgeting, and risk management.
Experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise technology preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred
