HIRING: Oracle Finance & PPM Functional Lead
Location: Remote | Occasional travel to Arizona
Experience: 15+ years preferred
Engagement: Contract
Rate: $60/hr
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Finance & PPM Functional Lead with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and PPM experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation for Oracle Fusion Financials & PPM
• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Accounting
• Conduct workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs
• Collaborate with business, technical, and integration teams
• Provide functional leadership through SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
• Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions
• Participate in occasional onsite meetings in Arizona
Must Have:
• 15+ years of Oracle Financials/ERP experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials expertise
• Strong Oracle PPM / Project Financial Management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience working directly with senior leadership, including CEO, CFO, VP, Finance Directors, or other C-level stakeholders
• Ability to present and explain complex functional solutions to business and executive audiences
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Arizona
