Key Responsibilities
OT Governance & Standards
Develop and implement an OT governance framework covering SCADA, industrial networking, and cybersecurity.
Conduct documentation inventory and gap assessments.
Establish document lifecycle management, ownership, approval workflows, and review processes.
Develop standards roadmaps and implementation plans.
SCADA Standards
Define standards for:
PLC programming
HMI development (ISA-101)
Alarm Management (ISA-18.2)
Control narratives
FAT/SAT testing
Backup & Recovery
Change Management
SCADA architecture documentation
