About the Role
WeRrcm is seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Management to lead financial strategy, business performance, and long-term growth initiatives.
This executive will work closely with senior leadership to oversee financial planning, capital allocation, profitability, and strategic investment decisions. The role requires strong financial judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable financial results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business management and financial strategy across key business functions.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Manage P&L performance, cash flow, operating margins, and cost efficiency.
Develop capital allocation strategies and evaluate investment opportunities.
Partner with Finance on financial reporting, business valuations, and risk management.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and long-term revenue growth.
Evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives.
Develop financial models and business cases to support executive decisions.
Establish financial KPIs and monitor business performance against strategic objectives.
Strengthen financial controls, resource planning, and management processes.
Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate strategy and business transformation.
Present financial results, investment recommendations, and growth plans to senior leadership.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial management, business strategy, investment management, or related financial functions.
6+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing financial performance, business management, or corporate strategy.
Among the candidate's two most recent positions, at least one must demonstrate 6+ years of continuous tenure with the same organization.
Proven experience managing P&L performance, financial planning, and capital allocation.
Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, budgeting, and investment analysis.
Experience developing financial models, business valuations, and long-term financial forecasts.
Demonstrated success improving profitability, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Experience with corporate development, strategic investments, or M&A preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance.
Excellent executive communication, analytical judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Proposed Base Salary: $225,000–$295,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and executive responsibilities.
Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, long-term incentives, equity participation, and company benefits, subject to the approved compensation package.
