Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead digital innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Oversee digital platforms, technology investments, and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Drive the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and emerging financial technologies.
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
Establish digital governance, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks.
Lead cross-functional teams and build high-performing digital organizations.
Monitor digital performance metrics and ensure measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, corporate strategy, or related executive roles.
Proven success leading large-scale digital initiatives and organizational transformation.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, data analytics, and digital financial services.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology programs, budgets, and executive teams.
Exceptional strategic planning, financial management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in financial technology, digital banking, financial services, or enterprise software preferred
