Job Description
About The Role
This role will support the development of the enablement component of our Manager Effectiveness strategy.
The individual in this role will partner with our team to bring external expertise and perspective as we translate insights from our manager effectiveness research into a focused, practical approach for building manager capability.
The Work Will Include
Advising on and pressure-testing our emerging enablement strategy.
Bringing external best practices and expertise in manager and leadership development.
Helping identify and prioritize the highest-impact manager enablement opportunities.
Supporting the design of a practical, scalable approach that goes beyond traditional training.
Providing additional support for talent program projects as needed.
