Role Description The Outbound Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and optimizing outbound revenue-generating activities. This role oversees outbound sales operations, including prospecting strategies, outreach processes, pipeline management, and performance tracking to support aligned go-to-market initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include managing and coaching outbound team members, setting and monitoring KPIs, refining outbound messaging and cadences, and collaborating closely with Brand, Demand, and Success teams to ensure consistent customer communication. The Outbound Manager will analyze campaign data, identify improvement opportunities, implement operational best practices, and maintain systems and tools that support efficient outbound motion. This role also contributes to strategic planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure outbound efforts are predictable, scalable, and aligned with overall revenue goals.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret outbound performance data, optimize campaigns, and support data-informed decision-making.
Operations Management experience to design, document, and refine outbound processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
Team Management capabilities to recruit, lead, coach, and develop outbound team members in a remote environment.
Sales expertise in outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and closing or qualifying opportunities in B2B environments.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems or similar operational platforms and CRM tools to manage data and workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear outbound messaging aligned to brand and demand strategies.
Proven experience in a go-to-market, outbound, or sales leadership role; experience in high-growth or founder-led companies is an advantage.
Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
