Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements.
Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP reporting requirements.
Perform financial statement analysis, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Review accounting transactions and ensure appropriate classification and disclosure.
Prepare financial reporting schedules, disclosures, and management reports.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reporting cycles.
Identify reporting issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Support IPO readiness, financial reporting transformation, and accounting advisory projects, where applicable.
