NewPage - Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js to build scalable enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate will be backend-strong and comfortable working across application development, enterprise integrations, AI/LLM technologies, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Build robust backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
Develop enterprise applications and internal tools with modern web technologies.
Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered applications, agents, MCP servers, connectors, and plugins.
Integrate applications with enterprise systems, identity platforms, databases, and third-party services.
Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, SSO, SCIM, and role-based access controls.
Develop APIs and services using FastAPI, Node.js/Fastify, or similar frameworks.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Work across development, staging, and production environments.
Conduct code, dependency, and security reviews and ensure applications meet enterprise security
standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and independently deliver production-ready Skills :
5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript.
Strong experience with React and Next.js.
Experience with FastAPI, Node.js/Fastify, or similar backend frameworks.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, backend architecture, integrations, and data mapping.
Experience developing AI/LLM applications, agents, or AI integrations.
Hands-on experience with MCP servers, connectors, plugins, or similar AI technologies.
Experience with OAuth, SSO, SCIM, authentication, and authorization.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Understanding of application security, dependency management, and data protection.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, or other enterprise AI platforms.
Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar AI frameworks.
Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of application security, AppSec, or software supply-chain security.
Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
Relevant AWS, Azure, or Terraform certifications.
