Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Project Manager at The Ant Method. The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee client projects, ensuring that digital solutions and systems are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, tracking progress, managing resources, and communicating with clients and internal teams through virtual channels. The role involves organizing logistics for solution implementation, monitoring quality of deliverables, identifying risks, and adjusting plans to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will also document processes, provide status reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of project workflows.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives.
Experience with expediting activities, such as working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting tasks to keep deliverables moving efficiently.
Knowledge of Inspection processes, with the ability to review work, ensure quality standards, and validate compliance with project requirements.
Background in Logistics Management, including coordinating timelines, resources, and communication across distributed teams or vendors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Comfort with digital tools and messaging platforms; experience in tech-enabled services or SME-focused solutions is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
Relevant education or certification in project management, operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
