[LTA-PT] Manager/ Deputy Manager, Ticketing Experience, Ticketing Strategy & Projects
[What you will be working on]
Join our dynamic team and be a self-driven player to lead in shaping the future of public transport ticketing from policy creation to implementation!
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ticketing strategies.
Enhance ticketing experience and concession policy, to deliver simple and seamless ticketing experience for commuters.
Collaborate with internal/external local/foreign stakeholders and partners to gather insights and ensure alignment with industry and public needs.
Formulate and present recommendations to enhance financial sustainability and efficiency, including the transition from Card-Based Ticketing to Account-Based Ticketing system.
Oversee the implementation of approved policies, working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor policy effectiveness, gather feedback and make adjustments as needed.
[What we are looking for]
3 – 5 years’ experience in project management and/or policy. Candidate with no prior work experience may apply.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable policy recommendations.
Good written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
