About the Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and apartments, including making beds, vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms.
Completing cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated.
Collaborating with team members to achieve daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
Adhering to safety procedures and company standards.
Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, with all training and tools provided.
Building positive working relationships with team members, guests and contractors.
Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring guest areas are presented to the highest standard.
Shift Details
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
Shifts commencing between 8:00am and 9:00am
Weekend and public holiday availability will be highly regarded
Successful candidates will have:
Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience highly regarded, but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
Professional communication skills and a team-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical handling is advantageous, with training provided.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
