Strategy & Operations Intern

CEM Electromech, a fast-growing Pune-based electronics manufacturing company, is looking for an MBA intern to work directly with the Chief of Staff / Strategy function.
This is a high-ownership research role. You'll work across:
1) International Outreach for JVs and Partnerships
Identify target industries
Identify target geographies
Identify target companies
2) Strategic Projects
Analysis, research, concept notes and briefing documents
3) Deal-Related Analysis and Research
Valuation multiples, sector benchmarking, M&A and investment landscape research
Qualifications
Currently pursuing MBA (Finance, Strategy, or General Management preferred)
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, ability to build clean, structured decks independently
Hands-on experience with research platforms: Private Circle, VCCEdge, Screener, Tracxn or similar
Working knowledge of capital markets, valuations, deal structures, financial ratios, sector analysis
Strong business writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver structured outputs with minimal hand-holding
Ideal fit: MBA candidate with sharp analytical skills and strong business acumen. Consulting / IB / Founder's Office experience preferred
