What you'll do
Drive enrollments for upskilling programs in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction
Engage prospects over calls, email, and social channels, across high-intent leads and outbound outreach
Understand each learner's background and goals, and recommend the right program
Own the full journey from first conversation to enrollment
Achieve closure-driven targets in a fast-paced environment
Who we're looking for
B2C sales experience (high-ticket preferred) is a plus, but freshers and career switchers are welcome
Hustle and rigor: you're ready to put in the extra hours when it counts
Strong communication and the ability to build trust quickly
Serious intent to build a long-term career in sales
What you get
Compensation: ₹8-13 LPA (including incentives)
Monthly incentives of ₹30K-₹1L+ for strong performers, with top performers earning ₹1.5L+/month
