Performance Marketing Associate

About the Role:
As a Performance Marketing Associate, you’ll own the paid growth engine that brings architects and civil engineers to Novatr’s programs. You’ll plan, launch, and scale campaigns, find the levers that move the numbers, and turn every rupee of spend into real growth. If you come from edtech, love a good funnel, and get excited when the data starts making sense, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels to drive quality leads and learner acquisition.
Own the full funnel, from first click to conversion, and continuously improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Run structured experiments on creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers, and scale what works.
Manage budgets and pacing to get the most out of every rupee of spend.
Build and track dashboards and reports that turn campaign data into clear, actionable insights.
Work closely with the content, design, sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Support SEO and AEO efforts so Novatr shows up in search results and AI-generated answers.
Stay on top of platform updates, industry trends and competitor activity, and refine strategies accordingly.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in the edtech sector (must have).
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to read data and use insights to improve performance.
Understanding of SEO and AEO is a plus.
A hustler with a high level of ownership and drive to achieve ambitious goals.
A problem solver who sees a dip in numbers as a puzzle to crack, not a reason to panic.
Someone who genuinely loves what they do and wants to build things with the right intent.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
