We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our team and take charge of performance marketing for our new beauty brand.
💼 What We're Looking For
6–7+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram advertising
Proven experience with D2C, Beauty, Fashion, Cosmetics or E-commerce brands
Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, retargeting & scaling
Experience with ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion optimization & funnel analysis
Ability to create and execute performance-driven advertising strategies
Experience managing and optimizing significant advertising budgets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
⭐ Preferred / Add-On Skill
Shopify experience will be a strong advantage.
Candidates who have experience managing, optimizing or working with Shopify stores, including understanding the Shopify sales funnel, product pages, conversion tracking and e-commerce analytics, will be preferred.
