Role: Service Transition Manager
Experience: 8 Years+
Location: Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Delhi NCR
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Service Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transition of new or changed services into live operations, ensuring operational readiness, service stability, compliance, and seamless business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Service Transition lifecycle and governance activities.
Conduct Operational Readiness Assessments and Go/No-Go reviews.
Define and manage Acceptance into Service (AIS) requirements.
Validate Non-Functional Requirements (Availability, Capacity, Performance, Security, DR, BCP).
Maintain RAID logs and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Review SOPs, Runbooks, Knowledge Articles, and operational documentation.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Operations, and Vendor teams.
Manage Hypercare/Warranty support post go-live.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and process automation.
