*Professional Experience: Maintenance Engineer*
- Expertise in *Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance* of CNC Machines: *Makino A81 (HMC), DMG Mori, Hyundai VMC, VTL, and Ace Micromatic, Gleason, Hobbing machines.
- Handling complete *Utility Maintenance*: *Kaeser Compressor, 1010 kVA DG Set, and Cooling Tower*
- Managing *Critical Spare Parts Inventory* and purchase planning as per machine requirements to ensure zero downtime
- Daily monitoring and control of *Lube & Oil consumption*, coolant management for all machines
- Working on *MTTR & MTBF improvement* and machine reliability improvement.
