💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role -
We are looking for a motivated Fresher / 0–1 Year experienced candidate who is interested in building a career in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Renewable Energy.
The selected candidate will get practical exposure to customer coordination, marketing activities, and project execution related to BESS and Solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities :-
•Make customer calls, conduct lead follow-ups, and coordinate customer meetings.
•Understand customer requirements and support marketing and business development activities.
•Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams.
•Support BESS and Solar EPC projects from requirement understanding through installation and handover.
•Assist in site coordination, material follow-ups, and project execution tracking.
•Prepare and maintain quotations, reports, documentation, and project records.
•Coordinate activities related to installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
•Attend customer meetings and site visits as and when required.
•Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Candidate Requirements :-
•Fresher or 0–1 year of experience.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Confident in customer calling, interaction, and follow-ups.
•Strong interest in BESS, Solar, and Renewable Energy.
•Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
•Willingness to learn and work across marketing, customer coordination, and project execution.
•Comfortable with site visits and field coordination.
•Candidates based in Pune / Maharashtra will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
