Inventory Manager

Role Description The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day inventory operations to ensure that materials, parts, and finished goods are accurately recorded, available, and aligned with production needs. This full-time,on-site role is based in Lucknow. Key tasks include monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory records in relevant systems. The role also involves coordinating with production, procurement, and sales teams to forecast material requirements, schedule deliveries, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. The Inventory Manager will analyze usage patterns, optimize storage layouts, maintain documentation for audits, and support process improvements that enhance accuracy, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, including experience with stock tracking systems or ERP tools.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting accurate forecasting and decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with production, procurement, sales, and management teams.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders with timely, accurate information on stock availability and delivery status.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records both onsite and remotely.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and inventory software; familiarity with basic accounting or logistics concepts is an advantage.
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
