Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai.
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle - sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding and initial training to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
Qualifications
3-5 years of strong expertise in hiring and end-to-end recruitment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is an advantage
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Experience in the Testing & Inspection industry will be preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
