Program Manager

This role is about managing interconnected initiatives at scale—not just individual projects. You’ll drive alignment across teams, ensure strategic priorities translate into execution, and keep multiple moving parts operating with clarity and momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple related projects and strategic initiatives simultaneously
Align cross-functional teams around business goals, priorities, and execution plans
Drive program planning, governance, timelines, dependencies, and risk management
Monitor program health through metrics, reporting, and stakeholder reviews
Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements
Coordinate with leadership, product, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders
Ensure programs are delivered within scope, timelines, and business expectations
Manage escalations, resolve blockers, and maintain execution momentum across teams
Required Skills & Experience
6–12+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related leadership roles
Strong experience handling cross-functional and large-scale initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid execution models
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of operational and execution frameworks
