· Ensure that the Front desk is managed as per agreed timings.
· Ensure proper knowledge of Senior Dignitary from Elridge Capital Management.
· Ensure front office reception area is clean & neatly maintained all throughout the day.
· Welcome incoming visitors and attend to them promptly.
· Record agreed details of visitors in the register/VMS.
· Assist the team in Soft Services at strategic Locations.
· Ensure that the emergency contact file is up to date.
· Complying with company policies and procedures and adhering to company standards.
· Responsible for data entry into the C&W / Client Software.
· Provide feedback to users as to the status of job as necessary.
· Provide a helpful and efficient service to all customer requests.
· First point of contact for all customer related queries and request.
· Maintaining Aesthetic Value of Reception Area.
· Performing other assignments as required.
