Service Operations Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Operations Specialist to serve as a bridge between cross function and external parties. In this role, you need deal with quality and efficiency of internal service and cross-functional coordination.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate internal and external resources to provide department-level operational support for the Services Operation team in China.
Provide data analysis and operational reporting to support management decisions, service quality and business performance improvement.
Act as the key contact for cross-functional coordination and represent the Services Operation Support team in daily operational matters.
Support safety-related coordination, documentation and follow-up in cooperation with QHSE and relevant stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor degree or above. Education in safety, engineering, marine, mechanical, electrical, business administration or a related field is preferred.
3 years relevant experience in service operations, safety coordination, engineering support, project coordination, shipyard, marine or industrial operations is preferred.
Candidates with practical HSE, site safety or engineering working experience will be given priority.
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, with the ability to handle English business information and emails.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Power BI or other data analysis tools is preferred.
